Consent Items
Then the consent items are next.
maybe we should get some indication much who is here and insists on giving comments today.
the reason I put it that way is because I have a whole lot of items to recommend for accident scent.
normally if we put them on consent we don't have a discussion.
but it is christmas time, so if have you one or two --
>> [ laughter ] one or two minutes of comments to give, we want to allow that.
all right.
let's see how consent goes.
posted for consent are c-1 through c-4.
and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if you would like for us to discuss any of these, please say so as we call out the number of the item.
number 2, 3, 4, 5 -- the county judge needs to abstain on number 6 so we will call it up separately.
7.
number 8, this would be modification number 4, legal and purchasing believe we can go ahead and act on this today and have a consent item to ratify that just in case there are questions.
so number 8, that really should be modification number 4, but everything else is the same.
number 9, 10, 11, 12.
13 we pulled.
14 do we need to discuss a little bit?
any discussion necessary on 14, staff?
looks pretty clear to me.
>> it is straightforward, judge.
I got all of the answers that I needed to and investigated with staff yesterday.
so it's pretty straightforward and clear.
>> number 14 part of consent.
15, 16.
16 says a whole lot in the item, but it really is pretty straightforward, right?
okay.
let's call up 17 to comply with the -- some h.u.d.
requirements and make sure that we get proper thrts nts there.
ien the consent motion -- able on the consent motion.
we have pulled 19.
number 20.
21 and 22.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately?
the constable is okay with this too?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
>> merry christmas, y'all.
>> we're not this easy most of the time, y'all.
