Number 17 is to consider and take appropriate action on the following related to the program year 2006 consolidated annual performance evaluation report for the community development block grant funding received from the u.s.
department of housing and urban development.
a, review comments received from the -- received during the public comment period.
b, approve the final draft.
and c, authorize submission to the u.s.
department of housing and urban development, san antonio field office, region vi.

staff is here to request your action on the program year 2006 consolidated annual performance evaluation report for the community development block grant funding that Travis County receives as an entitlement community.
so I will turn it over to christie moffett, our planner this area, to discuss with you the paper.
>> we had a 15 day public comment period per our citizens participation plan and also per h.u.d.
regulations that commence odd December fifth and ended yesterday at five a.m.
we received no public comments, no written comments and also we had no testimony during the public hearing that was held on December 11th rltd so we had nothing to add to the caper related to public comments.
>> in terms of the final draft, there were minor change to formatting, grammar.
we also took out a section regarding the Travis County aulter's office and -- auditor's office, and finally one thing we did late in the day yesterday was we changed every reference that said the purchasing don't the purchasing office.
so those were the changes that were made.
so we are requesting that you approve the final draft so we can get it to h.u.d.
on time so that we can have access to our money in the future.
