Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request for proposed street name assignment for an unnamed access easement for bridal oaks path in the right-of-way of state highway 130 near fm 973 in precinct 1.

we initiated action on this at the property owner's request to name an unnamed easement and actually went so far as to schedule this public hearing.
the gist of it is that this new road is in the right-of-way of state highway 130 and will eventually become part of the state highway, part of the frontage road system.
so instead of giving it name, it will have the designation of state highway 130 and it will be numbered as such.
so we will proceed as we normally would for a highway like this to go ahead and assign numbers as such and such highway 130.
so it's inappropriate to give it another name because its official name will be state highway one 30.
we have notified all the property owners who live on this.
they're aware we're going to basically rescind our naming of this easement.
