Number 34 is to consider and take appropriate action on an order approving the Travis County health care district's leveeing an ad valorem tax on goods and transit defined in the Texas tax code and denying the existence of ad valorem taxation on such goods in transit as provided in the Texas tax code, effective for tax year 2008 and subsequent year. Move approval.
