>> that's correct. The backup that the court received I believe a Friday, there were two sets of exhibits. One included the precinct 2 building and one did not. We would now want to use the one that does include the precinct 2 office building. However, we are going to request that you do not take action today because we would like for you to be updated on one of the projects in the certificate of obligation, which is indeed the cscd smart facility. There are some legal hurdles that we need to discuss with you and get some direction and come back hopefully on January 2.

we have returned from executive session. We got the legal briefing. A couple issues that need to be worked through. No action required in my view. We'll have it back on the January 2, 2008 agenda. Okay.
