Executive Session
And we have one item posted for executive session. That is item number 33, briefing from the county attorney regarding mara villa development from primera homes and cardinal hills estate unit 15 and the status of the bond from the hartford, including consideration of an agreement and take appropriate action. This is under the consultation with attorney open meetings act. This is the only item we will discuss in executive session. We will return to court before we take any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed the one item we announced, number 33 involving the mara villa development primmera homes. I move that we authorize tnr and legal to engage professional engineer to assist the county with the hartford fund claim, and that we authorize an amount of up to $22,000.
