By the way , there were a couple of items that I overlooked this most of these and meant to put on consent. I guess I overlook them yesterday as I was running to a meeting in another location. 26 and 27, move that we approve both of those.

>> 26 is a matter involving the proposed wastewater utility easement at the Travis County correctional complex. 27, approve payment of claims and authorize county treasurer to invest county funds. Any discussion?
>> abstaining on 26.
>> 27 then. All in favor of the approval of 27. That passes by unanimous vote. I move approval of 26, the matter involving wastewater utility easement.

>> all in favor. Show Commissioners Gomez, eckhardt and user truly voting in favor. Commissioner Davis abstaining.
