Now, have we come to executive session?

>> a-1.

>> a-1. Now that you mention a-1, we will take that into executive session in a consultation with attorney. A-1, consider and take appropriate action regarding 2007 combined charities campaign, the contract that we normally use, we got a different third party so we need to hear about legal and significant changes. Probably won't take action until next week but we may as well lay those out today. This morning we discussed number 4, the matter involving a possible day counseling center on property own by the ebenezer church. That's taken into executive session under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act also because we had legal questions to ask legal counsel. And we have posted for executive session several items beginning with number 28, receive briefing from county attorney regarding maravilla development, primera homes in cardinal hills estate unit 15 and the status of the bond from the hartford including consideration of an agreement and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 29, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in travis county, et al., versus bancroft woods, ltd., a defunct domestic limited partnership, consultation with attorney. 30, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in travis county, et al., versus cheryl a. Lil lee, jamileh noshari resale deed. Consultation with attorney exception. 31, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in travis county, et al., versus bit march, incorporated, 76 artland investments, llc resale deed. Consultation with attorney. We announced number 32 would be pulled and the county attorney will tell us when to put that back on. We will not discuss it in executive session. 33, consider and take appropriate action for the potential purchase of real estate along airport boulevard. Consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. 34, consider and take appropriate action on request to lease or sell county-owned land adjacent to travis county community justice center. Consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. 35, consider and take appropriate action on next steps to select executive manager of justice and public safety. There is backup on item 35. That's the consultation with attorney and the personnel exceptions to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action..

we have returned from executive session, of a a long executive in which we discussed the following items. Number 4, the matter involving the location of a day counseling center on property owned by ebb middle easter baptist church. We do not need to take action on that today because the director of the community supervision and corrections department has decided to withdraw from this site and try to find a location where the participants in the program will be better accepted. A 1 was a matter involving the combined charities program at travis county. We did sev a legal briefing. Basically we request that legal staff continue to negotiate with the third-party financial agent for a contract that is acceptable to the agent and travis county. Looks like the big issue remaining is basically the compensation to be provided. Probably no action required today. We will have it back on the court's agenda next week as we need to act on this item as soon as possible. Number 28 was a matter involving the hartford insurance company or bonding company and the mara villa development, primera homes. I move that we ask staff to proceed appropriate professional help in this matter, that it be back on the court's agenda next week to identify source of fundinging and execute an appropriate contract.
