Now let's call to order then the travis county health facilities development corporation the first item is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve contract with center for child protection.
>> this contract is for $100,000 to assist them in purchasing -- in construction of the -- of their new center at the old vision village site. 8509 farm-to-market road 969. I’m here with -- with michael torres, who is the chief operating officer for the center for child protection. The -- the board approved this commitment in april of 2007. The -- the facility is expected to cost about 9 -- a little over 9 million-dollars and they expect to have it completed this february of 2008. The contract which -- which provides for them to -- to send us quarterly progress reports starting january 31st, 2008, the contract ends october 31st, 2009. And -- and the -- the -- we -- we fund the commitment when they submit us invoices that exceed more than $100,000, which i expect they would do fairly shortly.
>> we have used a similar approach on similar projects in the past.

>> and it's worked well.
>> yes, sir, it has.
>> any additional comments?
>> no. The only clarification that i would make is that construction is scheduled to be completed now at -- at the end of march or early april. We just had a few delays.
