>> the reason i didn't recommend that for consent is i think we need to read into the record the specific names, these names have come from the advisory committee itself. They have a little bit about a their background of the various people, frank i know, I’m not sure that i know the other two. Any questions or issues? We've had a hard time getting members who don't run out of steam after i guess a year or so, but i think the projects are picking up with the visitation center underway. That will be something to keep them moving. So i thought that we should name them. They are frank rainer, junior, gerald cunningham, tarra james. As i said these come from the leadership and membership of the community justice center advisory committee. I would move approval of these three.
