19. Consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a reimbursement resolution to permit the procurement of contracts to proceed with the following projects funded by fy '08 certificates of obligation: a east side service center, b criminal justice center and gault building renovations; and c is smart treatment facility. We did approve them, saying we would identify the source of funding when we had the item with source of funding we did say co. The different thing here, though, is a reimbursement resolution. For us to start before we get the money from the co's we would have to borrow from normally we do the unallocated reserve.

>> i was going to make the motion, but it's been taken care of. Again i guess that you will have -- the unallocated reserve.

>> the portion of this on item 15 is that right.
>> right. Item 15 transfers to get this done.
>> which is the same amount of money as far as the allocation as far as the co's. So it's a match there.

>> 19 and some other stuff, too, that's minor compared to this one. Any more discussion on 19? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On number 15. Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items. Administrative operations there are minor in addition to 19. Move approval of 15? Discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote, also.
