Number 7 is an item that we need to call up, approve modification to contract number ma 070380 lc, hamer enterprises, for a license and maintenance agreement for ejustice software system. I move approval.

>> the reason why i didn't want it on consent is while I’m in favor of bringing on the -- upgrading to the hamer system, I’m in favor because it will create a great deal of efficiency in our centralized collection. It will also by implication make the implementation of a third-party collection system for criminal fines and fees possible. And while i am not at all in favor of the injection of a profit motive and the privatization of the collection of criminal fees and fines, i am voting in favor of this because the hamer system will enable such incredible efficiencies in centralized collections by the government agency that i feel should be the sole collector of those criminal fines and fees.
