1. Receive comments regarding a partial vacation of lot 1, block b, waterford on lake travis, section 3-c and a replat of lot 1, block b, waterford on lake travis, section 3-c, a plat for recording in precinct three (3 total lots)

>> good morning, this is joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The subdivision waterford on lake travis is an existing subdivision in northwest travis county. And it is currently a one lot greenbelt, private greenbelt and the proposed action would divide it into three lots, one of which is a piece for a private right-of-way for a private street, then the remaining two would remain to be greenbelt lots. It does meet our criteria and the purpose of today's public hearing is to receive any comment on the proposed action. I know of no objections.

>> second. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And this will be action item no. 8 on today's agenda.
