Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 5-foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 17 and 18 of apache shores, section 5, block n, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> this is a public utility easement, and the owner of both lots has asked that it be vacated so they can build a home. This straddles the lot line. All the public utilities have been notified. None have expressed interest in retaining the easement. We therefore recommend the vacation. I know of no objection to the proposed action.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Move the public hearing be closed.
