Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct 1, revised plat of lots 7, 8 and 9, block a, magnolia ranch estates.

>> good morning. Joe geiselman with the transportation and natural resources department. This is a very straightforward revision to a subdivision plat. It consists of two single-family lots and one drainage lot and they are merely straightening out the lines that separate the lots. And that's pretty much it. I know of no objections to the proposed change to the plat.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during the public hearing?
