Housing Finance Corporation
Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. And there is one item, and that is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from consumer credit counseling service.
>> good afternoon. I’m harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. The invoice amount is $150. And this is for classes for two home buyers. The corporation has received payment from one home buyer. The second home buyer, however, has already -- has closed on their house and so consumer credit counseling is due the fee for the class. It's just that we will not reimburse the home buyer because they did not pay. They did not give us a check.
