Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct 2, resubdivision of lot 3, block b of the replat blocks a, b and c, central commerce park.

>> this subdivision there were -- it's taking one lot from an existing subdivision and putting it into seven lots in this new resub. I have heard of -- no one has contacted me about it. I don't know if anything controversial about it and it meets our standards so staff recommends.

>> this week apparently.
>> actually it is. I think it has to do with the land market, particular areas where these old subdivisions and the price of land has gone up and it causes people to want to resubdivide and make a higher use of the property.
