Number 1 a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 15-foot drainage easement located along the north side of lot line lot 18, block 8, shadow glen, phase 1, section 2 b on subdivision in precinct 1.

>> move to open the public hearing.

>> > second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> good morning, joe gieselman and anna bolin from the transportation natural resources department. The opener has requested the vacation of a utility easement, in part because the builder built a home on top of the easement. It does contain an active line sewer or storm water line. So that the owner has actually dedicated a new easement and will relocate the line to this new easement in such a way that all of the drainage at the existing line is currently carrying will carry in the other line. That is not underneath the house. The engineer certified that the drainage will be handled by the new line. We therefore would recommend the proposed action. I know of no objection, I think this only affects this one parcel. Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.

>> move to close the public hearing.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
