Number 31 is to consider and take appropriate action on setting a date of November 6, 2007, for a public hearing related to the $350,000 oglesby education facilities corporation tax exempt note for the benefit of chap ral star academy, inc., dba star charter school. Tell us a little about this issue.
>> this is a financing to be done for the star charter school. It's for a new campus just outside of Pflugerville. In fact, I believe the property is scheduled to be annexed into Pflugerville in December, if I recall correctly. This is being done as a bank qualified transaction which is why it could not have been brought through the Travis County entity that could have done this financing as being done by oglesby education facilities finance corporation.
>> the public hearing is --
>> it's required under the internal revenue code so that the note can provide tax exempt interest similar -- we get these requests fairly often.
>> do we have, like, a short written description of this just in case somebody is interested enough to call and ask for it?
>> yes, sir. In fact, I believe I've got the agenda for the 6th. I can send that over and you all will have it in case anyone calls.
>> what we're asked to do is set a public hearing on November 6, 2007, at 1:30 or 9:00?
>> 9:00 is what we published since it's a county public hearing and not a corporation public hearing.
>> probably advertise already?
