27. CONSIDER AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING: DRAFT AGREEMENT WITH BFI WASTE SYSTEMS OF NORTH AMERICA, INC. AND GILES HOLDINGS, L.P.; RESPONSE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (TCEQ) TO PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO TCEQ MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW) PERMIT NO. 1447 BFI SUNSET FARMS LANDFILL; AND OTHER RELATED ISSUES. The public hearing? Show unanimous court. Now item 27 is the action item for this one. John, it's worded the same. Do I need to read it? We won't read it. I indicated this will be back on the court's agenda next week for action. Our county attorney has been out of town. Did he want to address the court on this in executive session today? We may call up 27 in executive session today if our county attorney wants to address us on the matter or if we have legal questions. Anything else today on 27?
