Let's take the real easy one, that is number 4, introduction of skip richter, the new county extension director.
>> good morning, judge and economics, sherri flemming, executive manager for health and human services and veterans service and I am pleased to be here this morning to introduce to you or reintroduce to you one of our own as the new county extension director for Texas cooperative extension here in Travis County.

>> skip richter has been with our department since 1998, we are very pleased that he is now moving to this very crucial position in our department. As you know, Texas cooperative extension and Travis County have been partners for a really long time in some incredible programs, just to name a few, 4 h capital, we do tremendous work in after-school programming with kids, tremendous summer camp programs, so I know that skip is going to be a tremendous leader in this program and help us to -- to even soar to new heights with the cooperative extension program that we have. So I will give him a minute to say hello.

>> I guess that I have met most of you and enjoy the opportunity to come and work as Travis County extension director following jeff ripley who left us recently to go elsewhere.
