Number 5 that we had the public hearing on, number 6, 7 a and b, number 8, 10, 11 -- joe, I request that we -- somewhere in that notice describe the revisions under consideration, in this item we simply set the public hearing on November 6th, right? Because we indicate that we are looking at public access as an issue and may attract a bit more attention than just general recording, number 13, receive notice and reappoint donald patrick, number 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 a and b, 21 --
