26. Consider and take appropriate action regarding confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with compulink management center, inc. For the auditor's office to gain access to the data dictionary for the invoice system.
>> that's just basically what we are asking you to do is sign this agreement with them so that we can get that information. This is very typical in all of our software and data type agreements. We have folks sign the same type of forms on our information.

>> we are asking them for access to their data base that they have designed and for us to have that, we want that because we need that to be designing reports. They will give us access to that, but we have to disclose that we are not going to give that to someone else.
>> can't tell nobody.
>> and share it because it's their proprietary data base. That's really what it is. They will let us use it but then we can't give their information out.
>> this is pretty routine.
>> yes, sir.

>> just in the event that the court had any legal questions.
>> it's up to snuff, a-okay.
>> absolutely. Pretty standard non-disclosure agreements. All is in order.
>> let me just say on all of our its agreements, we have -- we send all of those through the county attorney's office. We are trying to work out where on 200 agreements they can say look for this, look for this, look for this. But we try to send all of those agreements, all of them actually helps out on that. That's a routine process that we do to make sure. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
