Citizens communication is next. This item is designed to give residents an opportunity to address the Commissioners court on any matter not on the agenda for the up to a full three minutes. First is corey tally. Please come forward, ms. Tally, give us your full name again. We would be happy to get your comments and bring your entourage with you.

>> I'm cey tal, I represent 4 h with the extension ofce. We have some hers wh us this morning. I'm going to have them basically talk on behalf of why we're here. Matthew would like to --

>> we're here to represent 4 h. We have a few other Travis County 4 h members. I'm matthew evans. I'm the president of the central Texas 4 h robotics club. We are celebrating the -- the 100th of year -- 100 years of 4 h this week and because it's -- this is a natural -- national 4 h week, this week it is science -- its focus is science and technology. I've been doing 4 h for two years. First year I did computer -- I did computer sciences last year I did food nutrition, this year I'm doing energy management. I'm

>> [indiscernible], what I've been doing the last year is recycling

>> [indiscernible] I've been collecting 20-ounce bottles for a -- fertilizer company. I've been raising money for -- for 4 h -- I've been trying to make money for a garden in the pioneer 4 h. And I've been composting -- what?

>> [indiscernible] presenting pioneer farms 4 h.

>> I am katy pierce. I've been in 4 h for six years. I -- I am a part of a member of the

>> [indiscernible] 4 h club in oak hill in south Austin. I show pigs, goats and rabbits and this is like the 100th year of -- of 4 h. Like this month. We are doing stuff all across the state to show that 4 h has been here for 100 years.

>> I'm steven and -- I'm doing 4 h because I wanted to learn about some different projects and share about them. In my record book. And I am in the club of pioneer farms, and I do sports fishing and wildlife habitats and -- and that's it.

>> as you guys can see, we have a broad spectrum of what our kids in the county participate in. Something unique about actually each one of these kids is that they also help promote our 4 h capital program, which is our program in our urban schools, urban area that they do a lot of after school, they could the urban animal science, kaley helped with that, as far as helping those kids promote that as far as working with their goats, also matthew, sarah and steven are working with them in their science and technology, aerospace, robotics, things like that. We need to work our program heavily, we appreciate all that you do for us and it is important and this is 100 years of 4 h in Texas specifically. There's a big centennial celebration in jacksboro in jacks county, that's where it all started. We appreciate your support and encouragement. This is our future without you guys, so thank you.
