23. Consider and take appropriate action regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lots 256 and 257, travis settlement, section four (3 total lots.

>> hi, anna bolin Travis County t.n.r. Since this item was last year, I had a meeting with several of the people in the neighborhood. And there were really two main people objecting or two main groups of objectors. One was mr. Macrus who owned the third tract sold out of the two original tracts. His main goal was to get included in the plat and he now has been included in the plat. The other main -- main I guess thing that we -- that I heard were concerns from an adjacent neighbor about -- about his views, his -- you know, whether or not this would affect his ability to site a well on his lot. Things of that nature. Things that -- things that more common develop type of questions that we hear. We do not have a height restriction in our code and currently the travis settlement deed restrictions does not have a height restriction component. That's something that they could possibly consider adding if they were all amenable to it. But -- but I think for the most part everything that can be resolved because we have a basis for it in the code has been resolved.
