4. Receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: lynnbrook condominiums, a revised plat of a portion of tracts 8 and 9 of the ann perry estates (1 total lot)

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This is a condominium regime or supposed to be a condominium regime, taken lots assembling into one single lot with 27 points on the 3.8-acres of land. Because it is a condominium, we normally run it through the same review process as we would any other subdivision to make sure that they meet our standards. And then we -- we also approve a variance from the subdivision platting requirements. But it is reviewed in the same standards. I know of no objection to the proposed assembliage.
