Let's call Travis County housing corporation, two items. Of first, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve engagement letter to provide arbitrage rebate services for the single family note series 2001-1.
>> and good morning. Harvey Davis, manager with the corporation. I'm asking you to approve the engagement letter with cutler who has done virtually all the calculations for our single family program and they have done the prior calculations for this notebook run. This ar b itrag e calculation will be until August 30, 2007, and that is when the note program ended. The trust ee is holding $33,356 for the corporation to pay for the ar b itrag e calculation fee and any that might be owed. After the payments are received the balance would come to the housing finance corporation.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote with directors eckhardt and Davis absent. Number 2 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from consumer credit counseling service.
>> this is an invoice for $300 to provide home buyer counseling classes for four first time home buyers. I do represent that we have received the $300 from the four home buyers.
>> that's why I move approval.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote of the three members present.
