Number 26 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding resolution approval bonds to be issued by Travis County health facilities development corporation for the benefit of long horn village. Okay to take this one now?

>> yes, it is.

>> okay. Good morning, I'm harvey Davis, manager of the Travis County housing opinions corporation, Travis County health facilities development corporation. This is on long horn village, which you have approved the resolution to issue these bond some time back. They are wanting to increase the series a bonds from 70 million to 80 million because some construction costs came in a little bit higher and they wanted to have the flexibility between the series a and series b bonds, one of which is a fixed rate and the other series is a variable rate bond. Our attorney cliff blunt does agree with me that we recommended the court approve this.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor. Show Commissioners Gomez, Daugherty and yourself truly voting in favor. Commissioner Davis, mr. Davis down there? Temporarily off the dais.
