Ms. Mays is here, number 22, to consider and take appropriate action on approval of broker dealer applicants for conducting investment business with Travis County.

>> good morning, I'm mare mays Travis County, investment manager. I have with me crystal burton, our new financial analyst working on had this project. Very briefly, we have perform the annual broker dealer reviewed as required by state law and presented that to you. If you approve this motion you will be approving five primary broker dealers, two of whom are located in Texas, and ten secondary or regional brokers. Four of these are in Travis County and an additional four are in the state of Texas. These also include two historically underoutleast--utilized businesses. It has been approved by the investment advisory committee. We will be happy to answer any questions.

>> I have had contact with them both by letter and talking with them, explaining the situation. They will get an official notification letter based on your approval of this motion, that it's final.

>> you told them you had some issues with the letters accompanying their certain fitsif I cases?

>> yes, sir.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Note Commissioner Davis voting in favor too.

>> no, abstaining.

>> Commissioner Davis abstaining. Other three members of the court voting in favor of the four present. That is sufficient today, right, john? Thank you very much.
