Number 1, a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a 10-foot utility easement centered along the common lot line of lots 558 and 890 on apache shores, section 2 in precinct 3.

>> good morning, joe geiselman. We have been requested by the owner to vacate -- this is a public utility easement. All the public utilities have been notified and none have expressed any need to continue to have the easement. This will enable the owner to basically construct a garage on top of the easement. We therefore -- and I know of no objections to the proposed vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.

>> this will be action item 13 and part of our consent motion probably. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
