We will discuss these matters in executive session, but we'll return to open court before taking any action.

we've returned from executive session where we discussed the following item. We discussed item number 53 where we discussed funding for the center. Received good legal advice. And in my view no additional action required today. Mr. Hilly will meet with representatives from tnr, plus some follow-up fact finding. Maybe at some point we will need another executive session item to receive furtz legal advice. Right? We also discussed item number 59, which is the lease between Travis County and whit enton, d/b/a travis properties. I move that we accept the proposed lease with mr. Whittington and it does propose a small increase and that we express our spreetion to mr. Whittington for working with us. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We received legal advice and got answers to questions in number 60, the matter involving bfi waste systems of north america incorporated and the giles holding. This was postd for legal briefing only, no action required today. And should swre it back on in a week or two weeks? Let's try two weeks then and maybe it will be right for action at that point. 61 is a matter involving the proposed resale deed to cse development llc. And I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed because cse development llc has paid paid Travis County in cash. Discussion in all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 62 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to marcus sorenson, who has paid Travis County the sum of $5,064.68. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 63, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to hunaid halai, who has paid Travis County the sum of $2,550 in cash and this one involves lot 11163-bar k ranches.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. In item number 64, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to kevin thomas who has paid Travis County the sum of $6,900 in cash.

>> for? Did you say the amount?

>> $12,152.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We also discussed item number 66, the request for additional administrative leave with pay for the employee in slot number 3. I move that we authorize an additional 14 days.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss number 67, 68 or 69. So that does it for today.
