Now let's call to order the southwest Travis County road district number 1. One item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an interlocal agreement -- interlocal cooperation agreement with Travis County for improvements to Barton Creek boulevard and travis cook road in precinct 3.

>> judge, just in answer to Commissioner Gomez's number, on the southwest road district, the Barton Creek and the travis cook road, $892,967 is that amount. A million 892, 67.
>> just as a note, we have a special voting session this week, this Friday, at 10:00 a.m. And we added a second item to that one and that is to approve for 12 months the contract with the frederick law firm, one involving additional money, but the contract expires September 30th. So we're just going to -- they are still working, they are waiting on the district court, so that will be on the agenda Friday. But that ought to take hopefully 60 seconds also.
