Northwest Road District #3
Let's call to order the northwest Travis County road district number 3. Number 2, consider and take appropriate action on request to adopt order setting the road district tax rate for the year beginning January 1, 2007.
>> on July 31st, the board approved a proposed tax rate of 11 cents to drop from the current 13 cents for $100 of value, and it is now time to adopt the proposed tax rate. Which is solely used to pay debtservice and providing

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 3 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to adopt order approving the road district budget for fiscal 2008.
>> and also on July 31st, the board proposed a budget to receive the revenues from taxes and interest as well as pay principal and interest and other miscellaneous fees, and that proposed budget is now before you for final adoption. And there will only be six more times that you'll do this. And then you will no longer have a road district.
>> I eagerly anticipate that day.
>> and you'll be here somewhere to watch it. Or do it.
>> well, if there is a disgruntled citizen and they are complaining about my board. Move approval.
