That passes by unanimous vote. C-3 approve minutes for September 4th and September 11th, 2007. And Commissioner Daugherty was absent. Second the motion. All in favor? Show Commissioners Davis, eckhardt, Gomez and yours truly voting in favor. Abstaining Commissioner Daugherty who was not here at that time.
