Then the other matter regarding the health care district is number 18, consider and take appropriate action on notice of term expiration and request reappointment of donald patrick, md, jd, to the Travis County health care district board of managers. Dr. Patrick has been on since the beginning of the district.

>> first is -- I thought we ought to have this on to indicate to the public whether or not we want to reappoint him because that was a public process we should go through. So our inclination is reappoint dr. Patrick. There is an ethics policy or questionnaire that you have to complete again, I think.

>> so we will just get that in before the next term starts.

>> and we have a letter from dr. Patrick asking us, saying his term is about to expire and he is interested in being reappointed?
>> technically that is due to you on October 15th, together with the conflict of interest affidavit and his personal financial disclosure.
>> we'll get all of that by the 15th of October.
>> yes, sir.
>> so what I'm hearing is a motion indicating our inclination to reappoint dr. Patrick in a timely manner which we understand to be around the 15th of October. And a second by Commissioner Gomez. Discussion? Anything else on this matter?
>> no, sir.
