Posted on the agenda for consent are -- c 1 and c 2, c 1 and c 2, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 3, anybody here on number 4? All right. We will call -- we will call 4 up in just a few minutes, 6 a and b,, 7 a and b, number 8, 12 a and b, do you know whether the -- whether on 13 -- for the issues that we had last week were resolved. David, do you know? The matter involving the $10,000 for the -- for the training over at a.c.c. Let's hold off on 13, how's that? Let's hold off on 13, if somebody will let us know whether we need to call that up for discussion or whether we can call it up and approve it. 14 a, b, c. Number 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, I'm sorry, 22 is pulled, 23, effective September 30th of 07, and 24, effective September 30th, of 07, also, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, I think we probably ought to call 36 -- 36 up just for the public record, so from 35 -- -- any issues with 39? Let's add 39 to the -- consent motion.
