13 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding request to authorize health and human services department to invest $10,000 in a training course in non-profit leadership and management offered by the center for community based and nonprofit organizations at Austin community college from fy '06 funds encumbered for training.
>> good morning, sherri flemming, executive manager for health and human services and veterans services. This item that we are requesting approval on today would simply allow the department to -- to prepare a contract with a.c.c. That would then come back to you for approval. Previously we had identified in this item a particular account that we were going to take these funds out of it. We have changed the posting. We do have sufficient funding within the department in our various training line items to fund this -- this request.
>> okay. So -- so is that part of the -- part of the budget amendments and transfers today.
>> it is not part of it today. It will come back with a contract amendment attached to it, yes. But we did talk with the officer's office and they didn't have any problem with the way we posted this item.

>> but it needs to come back as I guess a budget --
>> it will.
>> transfer.
>> yes.
>> all right. With that understanding I move approval of 13.
