Good afternoon, let's call to order the health facilities development corporation. 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve $932.31 in support of the employee wellness fall kick-off fitness festival.

>> I would say that -- that we have helped to fund this event in prior years and that I have a list of the -- I think in your backup is a list of the items that they are wanting to purchase for the event and I would recommend approval. If you have any questions, dan mansour just arrived.
>> mr. Blunt, mr. Mansour, any reason why we should not do this?
>> as far as I'm concerned, not that I know of.
