>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning, judge. The owner of these lots has asked for the vacation of both the four five-foot public utility easements and the 20-foot drainage easements. In one case the house is already built over the easement and he's thinking about selling the property and wants to free the property of encumbrance. And the other, he's thinking about building another house and would therefore like to vacate the easements for the same reason. We've contacted all the public utilities that might have need for the public utility easements and they've said that they do not need the easements. The drainage easement is being substituted in another location. So the drainage is being taken care of through another dedication. So for those reasons, we believe the public purposes are served and would recommend the proposed action.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> not to my knowledge.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move the public hearing be please closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item number 22 on today's agenda. And will be recommended as part of our consent motion.
