Then the consent items are next. Post for consent are c-1 through c-3. C-1 through c-3. We've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 4. 5. 6-a and b. 8. Anybody here on number 9? To speak in opposition in clarification of, in support of? Especially anybody from the one bidder we got. Then number 9 is recommended for consent. That is to reject the one proposal we got. We're going back out on that. 10. 11. 12. That we had the public hearing on. 17-a and b. 18. 19.

>> I have questions on 18 and 19.

>> 18 and 19 will not be part of the consent motion. 20-a and b. 21. 24. A and b. And c and d. That's all of 24. Number 25. 26. Do we have a contract on a-3? Is that ready?

>> I believe so.

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> no?

>> we're trying to get it finalized and get signatures, make sure --

>> [inaudible].

>> shall w delay it to th enof the mting? It's a fairly straightforward contract that the county attorney basically modeled after the other similar contracts, but if you all have some questions or issues, we can take another week if we need to.

>> let's do that, judge. Is there any possibility of having it done by -- we've delayed this a good it

>> we're doing the best we can to --

>> [inaudible] have it ready for you all.

>> so this afternoon isn't a possibility?

>> well, my understanding the contract was coming -- the contractor was coming in today to sign it.

>> so the original is not signed yet?

>> no.

>> yes, ma'am, are you with the purchasing office?

>> my firm is the sole respondent to the r.f.p.

>> [inaudible] item 11 this morning.

>> okay. We'll go back to that one because we had put that one on consent.

>> so a week on a-3?

>> Commissioner eckhardt, 9:30 the contractor is supposed to be here.

>> can we take it this afternoon? That would be great.

>> a-3 we'll call up this afternoon. So a-3 is not on the consent motion. The last item on the consent motion is 26, and let's go back to number 9. Number 9 is not part of the consent motion.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> anyone like for us to discuss any of the other items that are on the consent motion motion? There's a long list of them. 9 is off. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote
