Number 13 is consider and take appropriate action regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, revised plats of lots 50, 51, 52, and a portion of lot 49 and .348 and .570-acre tracts, lakehurst subdivision, four total lots.

>> the person that came down and testified last time we looked at this, we had several persons coming in from the audience that did testify. And of course there were disputes among them. My question is for those persons that did show up at the time on this particular item, did they actually get they're particular issues resolved? We had different folks with different viewpoints as far as this issue was concerned.
>> Commissioner, I believe they did. When we left the public hearing, last time we went and the applicant and those constituents and I talked and I think at the end of that meeting both sides agreed it would be acceptable for this applicant to dedicate them a new driveway easement, pretty much in a similar location to where it is now and that they would talk about that between them.
>> so an agreement has been reached as far as you can determine.
>> I brief so. I don't think a document has been addressed yet or an easement has been dedicated yet.
>> pardon me?
>> I don't think a new driveway ease am has been dedicated yet but that isn't so much a platting matter. I think the important thing is that the two sides seemingly agreed on what the course of action would be for a new driveway.
>> okay. Just want to be absolutely sure that our point is that we're involving this, to have common agreement. That the my concern.
>> we haven't heard from anybody about the driveway since they had that meeting, right? I know I haven't.
>> I haven't either. I told the court and staff.
>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
