Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a platted for recording in precinct 3, amended plat of lots 6 and 7, pearson subdivision number 2, two total lots.

>> joe gieselman with the natural resources department. This is a fairly straightforward combination of two lots, single-family lots into one. And so there's no change in density or significant change in the subdivision. And I know of no objection to the proposed change.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move the public hearing be closed.
