Let's call to order the Travis County housing corporation. One item. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve release of lien on a home down payment assistance loan and b, reimburse, payment to Texas department of housing and community affairs due to repayment in full of home down payment assistance loan.
>> good afternoon, I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corngs. The amount of the loan was $1,300. This is a situation brought before the board many times. This zero interest loan was made in may of 1997. Some home buyer has repaid the loan andfer our contract with the Texas department of housing and community affairs, when the repayment is made, we have to turn around and repay the money to the state, so I do confirm that we have received those funds and put them in our bank and request permission to repay the state that amount and release the lien on the home.
