37 is to approve updated management representation letter to be pride to deloitte and touchellp regarding fy '05 countiwide annual financial audit in connection with the July 23, 2007, preliminary official statement.
>> what we are doing judge is issuing certificates of obligation and another preliminary offering statement. It has a copy of the audited if, y '05 financial statement. And when in fact we prepare those statements, there's a management representation letter which you sign, I seen, diana signs, that says we have told the auditors everything that we know and in our opinion we fairly represented what we have. What they want, since this is the last time we all sign that was in February, act we are going to publish this statement again, what this management says letter said, we are not aware of anything that would have materially change that statement let's say, for instance, tax revenue went down significantly during this year and that we knew revenue wasn't coming in, it's not true but let's say that happened, they would expect us to dischloe that in this letter. And so, our office has gone through it. We see nothing in the fy '06 management representation letter that would be inaccurate at this point looking a the '06 statement. We think that still fairly represents the financial position nothing that is come to our attention that would change that.
