Number 4 public hearing to receive comments on the proposed issuance of the crawford education facilities corporation adjustable rate demand revenue bonds, series 2007 (concordia university at Austin project) in a maximum principal amount not to exceed $47,000,000. (action item #42)

>> good morning, I'm cliff blunt. This is a second public hearing on this transaction. One was held back in March. The -- the cost of the project, including increased costs and adding a few items to the -- to the concordia's project out at the old slumber jay has caused the increases. That's the only reason we had to have the second public hearing. Highest principal amount. That's why we are having the second public hearing.
