Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct one: johle hill, a revised plat of lot 6 ja p. Kemp subdivision (21 total lots. Commissioner Davis moves that we open the public hearing.

>> good morning, joe gieselman and anne bolin with the transportation and natural resources department. This was originally platted in 1882 and it is coming forward to be revised. And because of that, a public hearing is required. The revised plat comports with the guidelines for platting in Travis County. And therefore we are recommending approval to the Commissioners court. I know of no objections to the proposed replatting.
