25, consider and take appropriate action on the following, a, plat for recording in precinct 3, spanish oaks golf villas final plat, one total lot, 20 detached single family , b, request a grant to exemption from platting requirements and/or take appropriate action on spanish oaks condominium project, maiden hair lane, and 23, approve construction agreement for spanish oaks condominium project. You are with county staff. Nobody here on this item. Any controversies you know about ?
>> no, tnr, I have not heard anything from the neighbors on either of the items. Simply what this is, on 25, one lot subdivision that will be used for condos for 20 detached structures. We're recommending, as is our practice, an exemption from platting for 20 units because it's a condominium, but it's been the policy that a condo is a subdivision and that is why we do the exemption from that platting process.

>> judge, reason that normally you're right, when you see something like this out west, it creates a fire storm. Spanish oaks is not one of those that has created that situation. It's really technically more a bee cave, and everything they have worked out there, this is nothing more than their gated community doing a procedural thing which is the reason we have no opposition.
