Consent

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c-1 through c-6. C-1 through c-6. And let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. 4-a. Number 7. 8. 9-a and b. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19, I think we finally resolved that to $3,000 on 19.

>> I have a question about that, though.

>> 19 will not be part of the consent motion.

>> the question may have been answered.

>> consent or call it up?

>> call it up.

>> number 20. 21. 24. 25. 28. My due diligence over the last two days indicates there is no opposition to this and it makes all the sense in the world -- I think I was the one who had issues the last time. 28 okay?

>> yes.

>> then to number 33. And 34.

>> move approval of consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to call any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.

I'm sorry, your honor, one little house keeping thing and my apologies for not being up to snuff on this. On consent item c-3, may the record reflect my abstention because I wasn't here on June 26.

>> without objection, make it happen. Is that all right?

>> uh-huh.
