31. Consider and take appropriate action on request to set a public hearing date on July 24, 2007 regarding the proposed issuance of the crawford education facilities corporation adjustable rate demand revenue bonds, series 2007 (concordia university at Austin project). What happened here is that we approved this once before. They need more money than they thought.
>> right. You approved it in March. For up to $27 million. They are wanting to -- to I guess -- it costs more, they are wanting the second public hearing because they want to exceed up to $47 million.
>> we have to approve it because it's in Travis County. Others will issue the -- the bonds incur whatever potential liability there is, not us.
