Number five is to consider and take appropriate action by the way of facilities need to be here for discussion on the medical examiner's facility, if facilities were here this way, five is to consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items, and we didn't put this on consent because the second one here is at $11,000 membership fee to the transportation alliance and the recommendation after consulting with tnr is to take it from tnr salary savings. I met with representatives of the alliance about other matters and they asked about this, we have not identified a source of funding, so this simply identifies a source of funding if approved and we'll have a contract on some time soon.

>> no, sir. First let's do the car amendment, which is to decrease car by $175,000 and use that for office equipment and furniture in the tax office.
>> that's correct. It's a remittance processing device, it's been calculated in the parcel rate an recommended by pbo for the preliminary budget, what we'll do is reduce the preliminary budget by 175,000 if it's approved today.
